Nature Village Resort

Property was just like a resort of Maldives. Pool was so clean with crystal clear blue water. Rooms were clean and had all basic amenities. Staff was very cordial, welcoming and helping. Food was very delicious.

I really liked the property.

Property was actually very good like the name it felt like we were living in nature inside village house. It was really soothing experience with excellent room service and staff was very cordial and helpful

It is bit far from the actual pushkar but only thing bothered was reaching the property due to bad roads. So if they can fix the roads i think it is one of the most chill places to stay in pushkar

Worst Staff and management Team. Our car was hit by one of their other guest cars while it was in the parking and damaged my cars front gate and fender badly, during check out when we came to know about it, they said that the car which hit our car and damaged our car was one of their special guests car and hence all the loss we had the resort will pay us. we left the place in trust of the staff that this matter will be resolved but it's been more than a week now and they have stopped answering our calls. we booked the resort from booking.com because we trust this site, but the experience we had was a nightmare for us and if these low-class resorts will be listed on booking.com than we as a customer will lose trust in booking.com also. I need you to look into it and ask the resort to pay for our loss which we had incurred due to their special guest mistake. we Have all the photos and cctv recording of the incident and if required we will take legal action with all the proves we have.

Dishonest Staff. Terrible location. Shabby Rooms. Completely Avoidable.

Location was hard to get to. Last several km of roads were terrible (mud tracks, potholes). Staff were unhelpful and aloof. Room was not clean. Mattress was old and sunken. Room next door was making noise playing loud music and it took 3 complaints to finally get it to stop at midnight. On top of everything else that was a disappointment, I left a jacket behind in the cupboard, and when I realised this and returned an hour later to pick it up, it had disappeared and the staff denied ever finding it (which is impossible, jackets don't have wings or legs to fly/run away on their own). Overall, this place is thoroughly avoidable. Very disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and pool was recently opened but kids enjoyed. Staff was courteous and always happy to help.

Breakfast can be more elaborative - we felt the property prices were high and breakfast expectations are more than.

Nice and calm place...very polite staff...good restaurants...very good arrangemmet of live music with bonfire....

The rooms were big. The staff is very helpful and courteous. We found space to walk and play at the resort. They arranged a bonfire at the dinner.

Food is not up to the mark. We stayed there for 3 nights 4 days. The Food was good only on the last day when they served orders to make breakfast.The location is completely outside of Pushkar. Little scary to commute at night.One of our friends' anniversary was there but they didn't even have the courtesy to decorate the room (obviously, no cake, etc).

Excellent villas. Stayed in the orchard nature villa. The private pool and sit out was so serene. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was extra ready to serve our requirements. Food was also decent

Food quality can be a bit better. While the location has its charm - away from the city - the access road and route can be a bit bumpy.

The ambience of the family villa. This was a set of two hours inside a closed compund with a pool. The place was peaceful. The music show in the evening was great.

the rooms were huge , and the pool villa was superb ! the service staff was very polite and happy to help always! breakfast was great !

the evening cultural activities were not that great ! and the bathroom needs upgrade as it doesn’t give feel of 5 star property at all in such price ! the front-desk staff needs a bit training in handling guest queries ! property needs to send customers location suggestions prior to arrival as many get maps locations wrong if coming from jaipur side , it ll take u to 1 hour village road which is not at all great ! so basically property needs improvements to justify this price tag !

Amex card is not accepted while booking online it was excepted it was awww moment...
